Quick 5 minute Meditation
Sit comfortably in a quiet room with your back supported as necessary. Make sure you feel secure and safe in this space as it will be difficult to meditate/relax if you think you will be disturbed at any point.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out. (A count of 4 if you can hold it that long).
Imagine breathing in (through your nose) beautiful, fresh, positive air and then expelling (from your mouth) what is not needed in the body any longer. Complete this at least twice.
Try relax your body from your toes to your head.
As the music comes to a head you can slowly bring yourself around to acknowledge your fingers/toes, whole body and your environment.
